1. Make sure the app embed is enabled for your live theme.

2. Make sure the correct badge locations are switched on. If you have the premium version, please make sure that each badge location that you would like is turned on.
3. If neither of those work it's usually a code conflict with your theme. You can follow the instructions below for each location.
