There are two ways to submit a support request to us.
IMPORTANT! Make sure your store is not set to 'Coming soon'. We need to be able to view your store in order to help troubleshoot your issues.
Support request from the app store
This is the most convenient way to open a support request. Go to the Timer Plus app store page and click on the Get Support button.
A popup form will appear. Write down your problem and send us the request.
Support request from our help desk
You can submit a support request directly at our support desk. Fill out the form accurately and submit it to us. Make sure you provide necessary information and screenshots if needed.
Our response time is normally less than 24 hours, but sometimes due to timezones and holidays, it could be longer.
