We provide customer support through email only. There are two ways to submit a support request to us.

Support request from app store: This is the most convenient way to open a support request. Go to booster app store page and click on the Get Support button. A popup form will appear. Write down your problem and send us the request.

Support request from our help desk: You can submit a support request directly at our support desk too. Fill up the form accurately and submit. Make sure you provide necessary information and screenshots if needed.

Support response period: Usually every support ticket is responded and acted on immediately upon receiving. But sometimes due to timezone and holidays, it could be delayed few hours. Expect to get your issue sorted within 12-24 hours.
